The fashion set has been enchanted by Hannah Weiland’s whimsical designs ever since she launched Shrimps in 2013.
The London-based designer has captured the hearts (and bank accounts) of many and has been responsible for the creation of several cult items, including the beaded bag trend of 2018.
Fashion fans will be overjoyed to hear that Shrimps has partnered with high street favourite Warehouse to create a unique—and very affordable—holiday edit.
Inspired by the landscape of Italian beaches, from striped umbrellas to Campari Spritz, the collection will boast 40 items each encompassing several of Shrimps’ signatures.
A vintage-inspired soft lilac co-ord is covered in tiny ‘la margherita’ daisies, Hannah’s favourite flower which is featured throughout the collection. Meanwhile, a bright yellow dress is covered in playful, modern drawings – another recognisable Shrimps trait.
And with the British designer’s beaded bags currently being one of the hottest items on the ‘gram, the collaboration’s accessories selection is equally as desirable.
Wicker accessories take centre stage, with a wide-brimmed hat wrapped in the same daisy fabric as the two-set sitting alongside a straw bag covered in embellished floral gems and matching espadrilles.
Drawing on several other spring/summer 2019 trends, you can expect to see splashes of lime green, dark wash denim, silk jumpsuits and knitted crochet within the collection.
The collection will be online and in stores from mid-April. Prices start at £15.
