Sheridan Smith appears to have confirmed her pregnancy through the form of a meme – and we love her for it.

After weeks of speculation, since the 38-year-old reportedly told her fans she had a ‘baby on board’ when performing on a cruise, it seems she has finally put all rumours to bed.

Taking to Instagram, the star shared a picture of an orangutan looking all glum, with the caption: ‘I was told there would be glowing.’

She then followed this with a selfie in her stories, where she wrote: ‘Hormones got me like…’

Fans were quick to rush to the comments and started to congratulate the actress on her apparent baby news.

Someone else laughed: ‘My glow was perspiration from the effort it took to walk.’

This isn’t the first time the singer has hinted at being pregnant, as she recently complained about a spell of ‘morning sickness’, which led to fans questioning whether or not she is expecting a baby.

Taking to Instagram, Sheridan shared a picture of her VIP passes for the musical theatre cruise Stages 2019.
