Sheridan Smith has seemingly confirmed that she is pregnant with her first child with fiancé Jamie Horn, after she shared a picture of a baby blanket adorned with a hybrid of their surnames.
The 38-year-old previously fuelled speculation that she was expecting a child last month after she posted about suffering from ‘morning sickness’ on Instagram, but she did not answer fans’ queries regarding this.
And now, it seems as if she has officially confirmed the news.
Taking to Instagram, Sheridan posted an adorable picture of a baby blanket complete with a miniature teddy bear, with ‘Baby Smith-Horn’ embroidered on it.
‘This is too cute!’ she said. ‘Thank you so much @my1styears, very lovely surprise.’
Fans later rushed to the comments to congratulate Sheridan on her big news.
‘How gorgeous, I can’t wait to see your beautiful baby,’ one fan wrote.
‘You’re going to be a beautiful mum sweetheart, I’m so happy for you my heart could burst.’
‘Awah congratulations Sheridan to you both,’ another added. ‘You will be a wonderful mum.
‘Awh congratulations to one of my favourite actresses and performers,’ another chimed in. ‘How lovely!’
‘Oh my God great news you will be an amazing mum… congratulations to you all,’ another fan said.
Sheridan had previously left fans wondering over whether or not she was pregnant after she had posted about suffering from ‘morning sickness’ a month prior, as she set sail for the Stages musical theatre cruise.
‘About to set sail for four days, wish me luck with my morning sickness,’ she wrote on Instagram.
The actress also referred to her fiancé as ‘daddy cool’ in a video posted to her Instagram story, as the two were seen on board the cruise ship in their cabin.
And she later proclaimed there was a ‘baby on board’ during a performance on the cruise, according to The Mirror.
‘I’ve got a baby on board,’ she said. ‘I’ve got buckets in each wing and trainers so I can run.
‘I’m very out of breath. I’ve got all these new symptoms, so sorry!’
