LONDON (Reuters) – Royal Dutch Shell (L:) reported on Wednesday flaring at its 404,000 barrel per day (bpd) Pernis oil refinery in the Netherlands due to failure on one of its units.
The alert on the refinery’s official Twitter account did not specify the unit involved.
