Sharon Osbourne has claimed that Simon Cowell doesn’t like overweight people.
The 67-year-old spoke on the Honest AF podcast, and she was honest af.
‘Simon doesn’t have the ability to see individuals,’ she said. ‘He doesn’t like people who are overweight. Seriously.’
The former American Idol judge said the talent competition judge had ‘dated’ views when it came to people.
‘That’s why he turned down Jennifer Hudson, that’s why he wouldn’t champion her on American Idol. But it’s the truth. He’s very dated,’ Sharon added.
Jennifer had even once said that Simon complained about her.
Of her encounters with him, Hudson had said: ‘Simon told me I was “too big” in every way. I think he meant my hair, my voice, my personality, my songs.’
‘I didn’t really understand how that was a negative thing. I said, “Is big not what a star is?”‘
Sharon is no stranger to reigniting feuds.
The star mocked his ‘big teeth’ and ‘droopy eye’ back in November 2019.
She spoke to Piers Morgan and Susanna Reid from her home in Los Angeles about family life, Ozzy’s health and of course her frenemy Simon.
Piers questioned Sharon on her spat with the music mogul as she confessed she hadn’t spoken to him in a year and a half.
She explained: ‘I’m talking but I haven’t spoken to him in so long, last May was the last time. Not this year but the year before. So it’s been a while.’
Moving on to his weight loss, she added: ‘I think he looks great. I think he looks absolutely great. The teeth are a bit big and one eye’s kinda droopy but I think he looks great.’
