Sean Stewart and his music icon dad Rod Stewart were recently charged with simple battery after an alleged New Year’s Eve brawl.

The 39-year-old paired the Patriots Super Bowl hoodie with black gym shorts and matching Nike trainers.
He and his date both kept their hoods up over their heads as they arrived at Beverly Glen Deli.
Sean and Rod, 75, have been accused of attacking Jesse Dixon, a security guard in Florida.
It apparently went down on December 31 at around 11pm, after the father and son were denied entry to a party at The Breakers Resort in Palm Beach.

Dixon alleged that after they refused to leave at his request, Sean got ‘about nose to nose’ with him.
After trying to diffuse the situation, he claimed that Sean shoved him backward, before Rod punched him in the rib cage.
Local police reviewed security footage, which reportedly show Sean and Rod as the primary aggressors.
According to Radar Online, the police said: ‘The group was standing in close proximity to each other when Sean Stewart forcefully pushed [the security guard] backward a few feet.
‘As [guard] regained his footing and stepped backward toward Sean Stewart, Rod Stewart stepped forward and struck [security guard] in chest with a closed fist.’
