Scarlett Moffatt has vowed to cut back on booze and junk food after overindulging over the festive period.
In a candid Instagram video, the reality TV star revealed she has “eaten so badly” over Christmas and is only going to make healthy choices in 2020.
The telly star, 29, said she was going to dedicate herself to changing her lifestyle – but isn’t planning on letting it “rule her life”.
“I never thought I’d say this but I’ve eaten so badly this Christmas,” she said.
“It’s been so fun but this morning it was such a struggle to get out of bed.
“I’m normally someone who springs out of bed. I was thinking maybe it’s been the food I’ve eaten.”

“I’m not going to lie and say New Year New me and I’m only going to eat kale and quinoa, but I’m really going to make healthy choices and think about what I’m eating without it ruling my life.
“I want to feel more springy in my step. I don’t drink much anyway but I’m going to make wiser choices with alcohol in 2020 too.
“New Year new me! So let’s see how long it last! I’m hoping it does last the whole of 2020.”

She claimed she was able to shed the pounds by restricting herself to a 1,200 calorie-per-day diet and rigorous exercise.
In 2018, Scarlett insisted her weight gain was down to being surrounded by people who failed to encourage her.
It came just two years after Scarlett plunged from a size 18 to a size 8 and released a controversial fitness DVD.

She said: “I know that sounds like an excuse but I was so busy, eating on the road! Was surrounded by not encouraging people – but that’s all changed.”
The I’m A Celeb 2016 winner was dropped by Saturday Night Takeaway in November.
But she didn’t allow the bad news to dampen her festive spirit as she transformed her home into Santa’s Grotto, which included two glittering Xmas trees.
