The pair, who’ve been dating since September 2017, announced the news on social media on Tuesday.
In photos posted to the social media sites, the Bachelor alum, 35, was seen getting down on one knee during a romantic vacation away with the 28-year-old actress.

In July 2018, after less than a year of dating, Wells relocated from Nashville to Los Angeles to live with Sarah.
