And to mark Father’s Day, former Bachelor star Sam Wood, 34, has revealed some wise words of advice about how to stay grounded while raising young children.
‘Being a parent to young kids is exhausting so choose your battles and be smart about it,’ he told Mamamia on Sunday.

The personal trainer revealed that, while he and Snezana have different parenting styles, the couple always keep the lines of communication open to settle their differences of opinion.
‘Snezana and I don’t agree on all parenting matters but whenever we discuss it we realise there is a compromise that we are both happy with.’
He also added: ‘The best bit of advice I was given is ‘long days and short years’.’

It comes after Sam recently spoke to Yahoo about welcoming his second child with Snezana just one year after welcoming their first child together.
‘It definitely changes the dynamic. I think Snez and I were just getting the hang of one little one.’
He gushed over how his daughter Willow, one, and step-daughter Evie, 14, have taken to being big sisters to Charlie

Sam and Snezana met on the third season of The Bachelor back in 2015, and tied the knot in Byron Bay late last year.
