SACKED climate change chief Claire Perry O’Neill yesterday claimed that Boris Johnson “did not understand” global warming.
The ex-Tory minister said his environmental promises could not be trusted by voters, ministers or “his own family”.

Her attack overshadowed the PM’s launch yesterday of the COP26 climate change summit.
Ms Perry O’Neill, who was president of the summit, said the UK’s climate change strategy was “at Oxford United levels when we need to be Liverpool”.
She accused the PM of a “huge lack of leadership” and told pals she was fired for “being too ambitious, and a woman who’s prepared to say you’re wrong”.
She said she was “rattling too many cages” and added: “We need a revolution to meet our climate change targets, when all No10 wanted was incrementalism.”
The row came as Mr Johnson launched COP26 at the Science Museum in London.
He teamed up with Sir David Attenborough to urge the world to unite to slash carbon emissions.
He said Treasury bean counters were “wrong” for moaning that tackling climate change was too expensive.
