Former Coronation Street star Ryan Thomas has proposed to girlfriend Lucy Mecklenburgh – and she said yes!
Ryan and his ex-TOWIE star other half revealed the exciting news today in a loved-up Instagram post.
Lucy, 27, took to Instagram with a romantic photo of the pair at a candlelit dinner in Positano, Italy.
Announcing the news to her 1.4million followers, Lucy captioned the post: “I said YES.”

Meanwhile, actor Ryan shared his own photo alongside the caption: “Welcome to the family Lucy.”
The happy couple have been dating for two years after meeting on Bear Grylls’ Celebrity Island in 2017.
Lucy shared a close-up view of her new bling on her Instagram story, showcasing the dazzling diamond on her finger.
She went on to share a look back at how the night unfolded, starting with Ryan taking her on a boat ride.
The fitness fanatic showed another clip, in which she walks up to the dinner table, completely private from the rest of the diners.

Lucy’s Instagram photo has been inundated with comments from well wishers, including her reality star friends.
Georgia Kousoulou wrote: “OMG how lovely. Congratulations,” while Chloe Meadows said: “Oh my God congratulations.”
Plenty of Ryan’s former co-stars commented too, with Brooke Vincent writing: “So amazing,” while Ellie Leach said: “Finally. Congratulations to both of you.”
The happy times come a year after Ryan was put through a seriously difficult experience in the Celebrity Big Brother house.
