While getting trained up for the challenge at the gym, Ryan fell over a kettlebell and sprained his ankle.
He later found out he had in fact torn one of his ligaments.
At the time of our chat, Ryan said he was still in pain, but could walk in a straight line.
“I’m not going to let that get me down, I’m going to stay positive, I’m not backing down, I’ve put a lot of hard work into this,” he enthused.
