Rural property specialist hires head of estate agency

Rural property specialist Baird Lumsden has appointed Jennifer Campbell as its new head of estate agency.

Campbell moves to the firm – part of chartered surveyor DM Hall – after nearly 10 years with Galbraith. She graduated with a first-class honours degree from Edinburgh’s Heriot-Watt University and has worked in both rural and city property sales. Campbell is based in the firm’s Bridge of Allan office.

She said: “I am delighted to have joined Baird Lumsden. I worked previously for a firm of independent property agents in central Scotland, so I am very familiar with the territory and look forward to making a big contribution to the Baird Lumsden operation across Scotland.”

Baird Lumsden partner Donald Yellowley said: “We are very pleased that Jennifer has joined us. Her knowledge and experience of the rural residential housing market across Scotland is a real plus for our clients. We welcome her warmly and trust she will continue to enjoy working with the Baird Lumsden team and imparting to clients her first-hand expertise.

“The rural residential market throughout Scotland continues to be active and there is no substitute for having a highly experienced and expert professional leading our estate agency team.”
