RuPaul’s Drag Race stars have come out in full force to support fellow queen Chi Chi DeVayne as she battles suspected kidney failure in hospital.

The American drag queen, real name Zavion Davenport, is undergoing tests to determine why her blood pressure is high and in a fresh update, revealed she’s preparing to undergo three hours of dialysis.

‘They got my blood pressure down and all that good stuff,’ Chi Chi said in a video shared on Instagram.

‘But today, I have to undergo three hours of dialysis to see if they can get my kidneys back functioning.’

She added: ‘I let it go too long without going to the doctor and these are the consequences. Take care of your body.’

A number of former RuPaul’s Drag Race queens have shown their support to Chi Chi by sending well wishes and sharing her Venmo and PayPal details so fans can send money to pay for her medical bills.
