Byron Bay influencer Ruby Tuesday Matthews has hit back after being accused of pretending to eat high-calorie meals to prove she’s not anorexic.

The model, 27, who was infamously branded ‘entitled’ for holding up a Jetstar flight to eat oysters in October last year, posted a video to Instagram on Monday of herself biting into a pastry, which prompted a suspicious follower to call her bluff.

The fan sent Ruby a direct message that read: ‘Oh no, I’m not anorexic, let me keep trying to prove it to you by posting food I’ve taken one bite of and keep posting foods I’ve taken one bite of and keep saying I don’t need to prove it… get help mate.’
