Roman Kemp heads for family dinner with lookalike dad Martin ahead of I'm A Celebrity

Roman Kemp headed out for a family meal with his famous mum and dad ahead of his rumoured I’m A Celeb stint.

The Capital FM breakfast host is one of the names said to be confirmed for this year’s I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!

So could the meal with his parents, Spandau Ballet’s Martin Kemp and Wham!’s Shirlie Holliman, be a farewell dinner?

Roman, 26, is looking more and more like his dad, 58, every day.

The stars even dressed alike, with them both wearing dark burgundy trousers and shiny black shoes for their outing last night.

Roman opted for a grey roll neck jumper and long burgundy coat, while Martin went for a white T-shirt and black velvet-look jacket.

The father-and-son duo smiled as they put their arms around each other and posed for photographers outside The Ivy in Soho.

They were also joined by Roman’s girlfriend, Anne-Sophie Flury.

Roman is heavily rumoured to be heading into the jungle, under the watchful eye of reunited hosts Ant McPartlin and Dec Donnelly, although he’s refused to comment on the rumours directly.

His parents also remained rather tight-lipped when they were asked about it by Mirror Online.

As the couple walked the red carpet with their pet dogs at the recent Animal Hero Awards, we asked if they thought Roman would fare well in the jungle.

“I don’t know anything about it, I’m not saying anything,” Martin said.

Shirlie did back her son though, saying she thought he’d “do well” when it came to the Bushtucker Trials.

When he was asked about the rumours, Roman told Metro : “Listen, I get asked to do thousands of shows like that all the time, it’s just about focusing on what I’ve got right now.”

When pressed if signing up for a show like I’m A Celeb would be a definite no, he added: “You’d have to see, you’d have to see.”
