Robert Downey Jr has proved that the best way to celebrate your birthday is with the Marvel Avengers – and Josh Brolin got to do just that.

Robert – who plays Iron Man – shared a throwback video of the whole Avengers: Endgame cast singing Happy Birthday to Josh, captioned: ‘Another trip around the #sun #brother @joshbrolin … You wear it well … #blastfromthepast #flashback #waybackwednesday #avengers #happybirthday #thanos.’

In the video, pretty much most of the cast could be seen taking part in the sing song, including Chris Hemsworth (who wore a distinctly un-Thor-like puffer jacket) who performed the song with some incredible dance moves added in.

He started off with some simple arm movements, before bringing out the spirit fingers and some hip movements, breaking into a huge smile at his fantastic routine.

Chris Pratt and Robert also threw in some moves of their own as they joined in the singsong in a break from filming greenscreen scenes for the movie, but the crown for best moves definitely goes to Thor himself.

It looks like the touching singing tribute was recorded two years ago, as Robert could be seen holding up a five and a zero with his hands, and Josh, who plays Thanos, has just turned 52.

RDJ wasn’t the only co-star to wish Josh a happy birthday – Ryan Reynolds, who Josh starred with in Deadpool 2, also posted a tribute to his pal on Instagram.

Sharing a photo of Josh in costume as Cable, flexing his muscles alongside a small child in a full Deadpool costume, Ryan wrote: ‘Happy Birthday to my big strong man, @joshbrolin’.

With this much superhero love on his birthday, there’s no doubting Josh had a good one – and let’s be honest, we’re all a little bit jealous of these birthday tributes.
