Robby Hayes 'has submitted evidence proving he was coerced by Todd Chrisley's son'

Robby Hayes has submitted evidence which he believes shows he was being coerced by Todd Chrisley’s son Chase as part of the alleged sex tape extortion scandal. 

Hayes, 30, reportedly appears in an alleged sex tape with Chrisley’s daughter Lindsie, who has accused her father and brother Chase of attempting to extort her with the video. 

Now, Hayes has submitted text messages and other forms of correspondence which he says show Chase – and possibly his father as well – were coercing both him and Lindsie, according to TMZ.

Hayes turned over the evidence to the U.S. Attorney’s Office on Thursday, and now the FBI wish to speak with the Bachelorette alum, sources have told the website.   

Hayes has told TMZ he has submitted an affidavit, and has also answered every question posed to him by federal prosecutors.   

‘At this point, this is all frustrating and this sex tape situation has been held over my head before. Hopefully all wrongdoings come to light,’ he said. 

Todd has accused his daughter of having extra-marital affairs with Robby and ex Bachelor contestant Josh Murray, just two days after he and his wife Julie were indicted for 12 counts of tax evasion.

Todd made the allegations against his oldest daughter just two days after he was charged with the federal crimes. 

Lindsie reportedly went to police after her father and brother Chase tried blackmailing her with the tape in efforts to cover up his federal tax evasion, charges which could land him up to 30 years in prison. 

Chrisley has denied the claims, and police are no longer investigating.

Robby recently broke his silence over the scandal on the Bleav’s Housewives and Vanderpump podcast.

‘We did not make a sex tape,’ he maintained. 

‘I’m not sitting there with a camera aimed down and trying to get the angles,’ Robby said. ‘Like, we got caught on the security camera, basically. It was a puppy camera in her friend’s living room, the couch we crashed on.’ 

‘We’re in the middle of dealing with it,’ Robby said. ‘I was just talking with [Lindsie] this past weekend in Atlanta, two days ago.’
