ROB Kardashian’s request for primary custody of daughter Dream was rejected amid a messy court battle with ex Blac Chyna.
The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star, 32, reportedly asked the judge to strip his baby mama, 31, of primary custody of their three-year-old little girl.

Reality star Rob is allegedly only able to spend time with his daughter during weekend visits with the nanny present.
According to documents obtained by The Blast, a Los Angeles judge denied the emergency motion Rob filed last month.
The court papers reportedly claim the model: “was shocked to learn that Defendant Rob Kardashian moved ex parte on January 3, 2020.
“For an emergency order to permanently change the Custody Order for Dream so that Chyna would only be permitted to see her daughter from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday with a ‘monitor;’ present, rather than the 5 days a week she now sees and cares for precious Dream.”

The judge allegedly denied the ex parte motion as the court did not find there was an emergency regarding the situation.
The papers also claim that the initial motion was leaked to the public which ended up: “resulting in heinous public comments regarding Chyna.”
Her attorney said: “Chyna is now forced to expend time and resources to oppose Rob’s baseless motion.”
While the motion was turned down for an immediate decision from the judge, Rob will still be allowed to plead his case in court, the outlet says.

The only son of his famous family initially filed the request last month with the support of sister Khloe Kardashian, 35.
Rob admitted in the sealed court filing that the mother of two – who shares son King Cairo with rapper Tyga – is “out of control,” TMZ reported.
According to documents obtained by the outlet, Rob said his ex spends $600 on alcohol almost daily – including downing an entire bottle of Hennessy – and accused her of snorting cocaine all while their toddler is present.
She has allegedly chased people around with knives, threw lit candles around the house and even hurled other sharp objects at her own hairdresser.

In addition to being a physical threat, Rob says his daughter’s personal hygiene has taken a turn for the worse and she has arrived to him with tangled hair, dirty nails and teeth that have not been brushed.
He even went as far to say his toddler has been “naked twerking, and acting out sexual positions that she said her mom taught her.”
The documents also revealed that Khloe said her niece is “decidedly more aggressive” and “more in defense mode” during playdates with her cousins after spending time with her mother.
The custody battle is still ongoing.
