The actors famously play Jughead Jones and Betty Cooper in Netflix’s Riverdale, and while the duo are still loved-up on screen, their personal relationship has come to an end.
Cole Sprouse, who is best known for roles in Friends and The Suite Life of Zack and Cody, was dating Lili Reinhart since 2017.
The pair got together after working on Riverdale, and although they’ve just been together at Comic Con in San Diego, reports have claimed they’ve since split.
According to US Weekly, the pair have called it quits after two years of dating, with multiple sources saying they’ve split.
A source claimed Cole told a friend they’d broke up and ended up going home with co-stars KJ Apa and Camila Mendes.
However, it doesn’t seem there’s bad blood between the pair, because the duo seemed more than happy to be together at Comic Con.
The duo gushed about the upcoming series and talked about what’s next for their characters – though it could be the end for them on the show, with the final episode hinting that something is going to happen to Jughead.
Prior to their reported split, the pair were keeping their relationship extremely private.

However, it didn’t stop Cole from posting endless snaps of Lili on his Instagram – but it seems that’s going to come to an end.
Although the pair are yet to confirm the split themselves, fans have already been worrying that the breakup will lead to their departure from Riverdale.
Many have likened it to the split of Ian Somerhalder and Nina Dobrev, who played love interests on The Vampire Diaries.
After their split, Nina left the series and only returned for the final episode.

Taking to Twitter, one user shared a clip of Nina and Ian captioned: “This will be Cole Sprouse and Lili Reinhart in about a year.”
Another added: “Cole and Lili need to do what is best for their real lives, but I hope it doesn’t have an affect on Riverdale.
“It reminds me of when Ian and Nina broke up and how it wasn’t a positive turn for The Vampire Diaries.”
