Rita Ora decided to sunbathe in her bra and trousers as she was unable to find her bikini, and we can honestly relate.

The singer wanted to make the most of the warm sunny weather the UK has been experiencing, and without a piece of swimwear to hand, she decided that her lacy underwear was the next best thing.

Taking to Instagram, Rita shared a series of snaps of her posing up a storm in the garden, her red lace bra clearly on display, as she also donned a pair of lilac trousers.

Trousers are an interesting choice of clothing in this weather, although Rita did undo her flies.

‘Can’t find my bikini,’ she simply captioned the post.

It seems fans were impressed either way, as one wrote in the comments: ‘Who needs bikinis,’ alongside a winking emoji.

‘You’re the prettiest,’ another added.

While one user joked: ‘Can you lose your bikini more often?’

Rita has been spending the past few months in a rented Cotswolds cottage, which she first travelled to on 21 March so she could work on her upcoming album.

However, two days later Boris Johnson announced the government’s lockdown measures, which left Rita with no choice but to stay there until it was safe to return to her home in North London.

The 29-year-old had been isolating with a number of colleagues in the country house, although neighbours were said to have criticised her for staying there in a local online group.

The Sun claimed that one local wrote in the group: ‘Surely she should respect the rules and have stayed in f*****g London?’

Another was reported to have told the publication that her seven-year-old son was ‘reduced to tears’ by Rita’s security staff.

‘Minutes later a drone sent up from the property followed us as we walked away,’ she said.

However, Rita’s trip to the cottage had been booked long before the lockdown had begun.
