Rita Ora hasn’t plenty of reasons to be feeling herself right now, with her CV getting even longer thanks to her role in Twist.
And the 28-year-old seemed in a celebratory mood as she got all dolled up in London.
Rita shared pictures of herself from her balcony rocking a metallic red mini-dress and snakeskin boots, and it was serving us all kinds of retro chic.
The Anywhere singer leaned up against the railings to let her outfit do the talking, pairing her look with a simple necklace, a ponytail and a winged eye.
Rita captioned the pics: ‘Love a red eye..’ and fans steamrolled in with compliments, giving the star over 120,000 likes in an hour.
The popstar has started filming for the new Sky adaptation of Oliver Twist, called Twist, sharing the picture of her pass with the caption: ‘So it begins.’
Rita will play Dodge – a twist (sorry) on the Artful Dodger – in the ‘street’ remake, alongside Jude Law’s son Raff Law, who will play the titular character.
The production also stars Sir Michael Caine as Fagin, Game Of Thrones star Lena Headey as Sikes and David Walliams as Losberne.
Twist will follow Oliver, an artist living on the streets in London, who gets caught up in an art heist for Fagin after getting involved with a gang led by Dodge.
The Artful Dodger is usually portrayed as male, with Jack Wild, Elijah Wood, Harry Eden and Adam Arnold playing him in the past.
However, Rita – who also appeared in the Fifty Shades franchise – will be giving a fresh spin on the character in the gender-flipped film.
Rita doesn’t only have Twist to celebrate, as she is a judge on the upcoming UK version of The Masked Singer, alongside Jonathan Ross, Ken Jeong and Davina McCall.
Then there’s her whole ‘only British female solo artist to have 13 UK top 10 hits’ side hustle.
Can’t she find time to do anything else? Pfft, lazy.
