Rihanna style transformation: a lesson in how to ‘Work’ from the fearless fashionista herself

It would appear increasingly apparent that there’s nothing Rihanna can’t do.

During her three decades on this earth, Rihanna has achieved a lot and is now considered a successful singer, actress, fashion designer and beauty brand creator. She even recently had a street named after her in Barbados.

Much like her job titles, her wardrobe is equally as varied.

And as her fashion brand Fenty was awarded the Urban Luxe award at the British Fashion Awards last night, which she accepted wearing custom Fenty no less, it would also seem that there’s nothing she can’t wear.

While her myriad music (and acting) achievements are no small feat, since 31-year-old Riri morphed her love of fashion and beauty into her Fenty empire, her style stakes have soared even higher than they were before.

She’s as likely to be found modelling her Savage x Fenty underwear or attending her own Paris Fashion Week show, as she is performing on stage.

And all the while sporting some seriously fearless ensembles – lest we forget her appearance at last year’s Met Gala as an IRL pope (courtesy of Maison Margiela.)

The Barbados-born beauty is the best advertisement for her own brands, but when she’s opting for other brands, she favours cult brands like Bottega Veneta (she’s a huge fan of its “Pouch” bag) and Jimmy Choo.
