Missing your makeup? Not bothering with it while you’re on lockdown? Well, Rihanna is helping you out the no-makeup hole with one of her best tutorials yet.
To celebrate the launch of the Fenty Beauty Cheeks Out cream bronzer and cream blush, the singer and makeup mogul shared a video on the brand’s YouTube channel showing us all how to do the “Summer Fenty Face” – the perfect, dewy, no-makeup makeup look that’s super easy and actually looks natural. Even better, she does it in under five minutes with just five products. Yasss this is what we’re talking about.
She calls it “One of my favourite looks I’ve been rocking for a minute now” and adds “These products are really lightweight, they’re also meant to be applied anyway you want to really. A brush is a lot more convenient for me because I’m always in a rush – like makeup and out!”
“It’s meant to have a marriage with your foundation, your powder, whatever you have on your base. You can use this on your eyes, cheeks, forehead,”
RiRi then begins dabbing the new Cheeks Out Cream Bronzer in Hunnie Glaze on her cheekbones using her fingers and blends in with a brush. “You can blend it out, have a little bit of contour.”
“When I get to my forehead I really go in because I have a really big forehead so I have to really go for it.”
RiRi says, “It just becomes more like skin than anything else – you can’t tell I have any makeup on”, adding, “that is something that is very special. When you’re on the beach or you want to wake up next to your man looking like you don’t have any makeup.”
Then, she applies the Cheeks Out Cream Blush in the Petal Poppin’ shade to one cheek and Summertine Wine to the other cheek revealing it’s all about “your mood” when picking shades, later adding it to her lips.
“Don’t I look beach ready or booty call ready?” she jokes at the end of the video.
