It’s always a great day when Rihanna has time to respond to her Instagram followers but one probably wasn’t expecting her to clap back at the sly dig they made about her forehead.
Rihanna, 31, has really been blessing us on the ‘gram lately while enjoying a sun-kissed holiday and promoting her various Fenty Beauty products.
In one video shared last week, the Work singer is seen lathering her chest with the limited edition Fenty Beauty Diamond Bomb 2 glitter body powder in slow motion.
‘I’m just saying, #DIAMONDBOMB2 is sexy af@fentybeauty,’ Rihanna commented on the video.
Mentioning the sun glistening on RiRi’s head, one of her followers remarked: ‘Ur forehead shines brighter than my future.’
But Rihanna wasn’t about to let that one slide and replied: ‘There’s still hope for you then.’
Ouch, we felt that one.
Of course, the Work singer had her whole Navy behind her for support with one commenting: ‘Big forehead girls winning and riri is bad [sic].’
Another fan said supportively: ‘Don’t waste your time with the negative comments! It’s amazing how there are so many positive ones yet our human nature self has us focus on the negative.’
‘You are a master at clap back!!! I love it!’ said another follower who was clearly excited by the entertainment.
Drawing on their own experience, another said: ‘girl you are BOMB I’ve always got teased because of My forehead too but it never stopped my beauty brains or income I love how you wear your real hair too..bild beautiful and fancy [sic].’
The troll wasn’t the only person sliding into Rihanna’s comments.
RiRi gave her 76.4 million followers a surprise over the weekend when she shared yet another Fenty Beauty promo video with a Chris Brown song playing in the background.
The pair split in 2009 following a domestic violence incident that saw Chris, 30, plead guilty to felony assault.
But clearly both have moved on from the horrific incident and Chris responded to Rihanna’s support of his music by reposting her video and adding the prayer hands and love heart emojis.
