Reese Witherspoon picks worst telephone booth to pose in (Picture: MJ Pictures)

Reese Witherspoon has been pictured living it up in London while promoting her new movie, Morning Show.

The 43-year-old went into full-blown tourist mode while out in the capital and was spotted posing for a picture in one of the city’s telephone booths.

But not the shiny looking red ones, nope, the star decided to pick one that was covered in graffiti with barely a hint of red in sight. Oh, girl.

She still managed to rock it though, and couldn’t wipe the smile off her face as she flung open the door and beamed down the camera lens.

Soaking up the atmosphere in Notting Hill, the mother-of-three was followed around by her friend, who documented the actress’s time on her phone.

Reese kept things casual for her little shoot, in a black roll neck jumper and jeans, that she had matched with a pair of ankle boots.

While her buddy was wrapped up in a tan coat and leggins.

They appeared to have the best of times, and we can’t help but wonder if any of the pictures will end up on the gram (hint hint).

Reese will be starring alongside Jennifer Aniston on their upcoming hit as an activist and journalist named Bradley.

The character goes onto landing a role on a morning talk show with seasoned co-host Alex, played by the Friends star.

Just recently, the Rachel Green actress admitted she wanted to be as vulnerable as possible for the part, which is a world away from her usual comedic roles.

In the upcoming Apple TV+ series, Alex is deemed ‘past her prime’ by all her male colleagues – something she found herself able to relate to.

‘I wanted to feel vulnerable,’ she said. ‘I wanted to show the raw, the messy, the unflattering.’

The star added: ‘This is a woman holding it together.

‘One of the challenges for [my] character is the trauma and turmoil going on in her private life, and the toll that that takes on her emotionally, physically, mentally, versus the character that she is when she has to get up, put on a face and smile to America.’

The Morning Show will be released on 1 November on AppleTV+.
