Reese Witherspoon, Eva Longoria, Charlize Theron and Kerry Washington were just some of the female stars who led the red carpet at the Hollywood Reporter’s Power 100 Women In Entertainment gala, which was held at Milk Studios in Hollywood.
Taking to the red carpet, Reese wore a navy blue dress paired with black heels, as she was joined alongside husband Jim Toth and her children, 20-year-old Ava and 16-year-old Deacon, who she shares with ex Ryan Phillippe.
Ava also made sure to strut her stuff on the carpet, as she wore a lacy floral red dress, while younger brother Deacon opted for a grey suit – which he paired with a very casual set of Van trainers.
And he somehow was able to make it work – who knew someone could be so smart yet casual at the same time?
Meanwhile, Eva stunned in a bright blue shirt, which contrasted against her beige-coloured suit, while Charlize donned an eye-catching purple suit.
Kerry, known for her role in political series Scandal, graced elegance in a sheer lace top and long black skirt, with her long hair styled in braids.
Also at the event included Olivia Wilde – and navy blue was clearly a popular colour choice – as she matched with Reese by wearing a suit in that colour, paired with bright red heels, while actress Niecy Nash opted for a much bolder blue for her dress.
Anna Parquin opted for a black dress with a lace pattern around the hem, while Whitney Port rocked an elegant white mini dress.
Although the two stars kept it simple with their dresses, they both went a bit more wild with their heels.
Natalie opted for a pair of leopard print heels, while Anna donned a striking red and black design.
And it wasn’t just about the female stars being honoured at the event – as plenty of male celebrities rocked up to the gala too.
These include John Legend and the son of Mia Farrow and Woody Allen, journalist Ronan Farrow.
And navy blue continued to be a popular choice of colour, as both John and Ronan donned navy blue suits.
The Power 100 Women In Entertainment Event takes place every year, and honours the most notable females in the movie, music and business industries.
Some of the women honoured at this year’s event include rapper and actor Awkwafina and movie director Ava DuVernay, who directed the Emmy-award winning Netflix original When They See Us.
