Rebecca Judd is a busy mother-of-four who is regularly travels across the country as a travel presenter for Postcards. 

And on Thursday, the 36-year-old footy WAG revealed her uprising secret keeping up her energy levels while spending long days on set. 

While filming at Inverloch Resort in Victoria, Rebecca told her Instagram followers that she often snacks on her children’s healthy ‘probiotic bites’.

In a behind-the-scenes video, Rebecca showed her fans the probiotic bites, which she had stored in her Louis Vuitton handbag.   

‘They’re supposed to be for the kids but I always pack them with me to snack on while I’m filming on location!’ Rebecca said. 

During her trip to the Inverloch Resort, Rebecca shared several clips to social media.

In one video, she offered a glimpse of some of the delicious meals being offered at the restaurant located within the resort.

In May last year, Rebecca spoke to Daily Mail Australia about her ‘day on a plate’

She revealed her typical daily diet includes muesli for breakfast, focaccia for lunch, and meat and vegetables for dinner.

Rebecca added that her children aren’t fussy eaters, which is no doubt a good thing when it comes to cooking family dinners.

‘They’re actually pretty good. They’ll give most things a go at least once,’ she said.
