Kylian Mbappe to Real Madrid

PSG are looking to sign Vinicius Jr to soften the blow of losing Kylian Mbappe to Real Madrid.

That’s the audacious claim from Spanish newspaper Sport, who claim Zinedine Zidane could have the 20-year-old at his disposal in the not too distant future.

Vinicius’ influence at the Bernabeu has lessened with summer signing Rodrygo now ahead of him in the pecking order.

And it’s claimed PSG sporting director Leonardo wants the teenager at the Parc des Princes to ‘shield’ the club with Mbappe and Neymar unlikely to stay.

Sport claim Real Madrid president Florentino Perez is desperate to sign Mbappe and Leonardo knows that ‘sooner or later’ it’ll happen.

Lucas Vazquez approach

Manchester United attempted to sign Real Madrid star Lucas Vazquez during the summer transfer window.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side were on the look-out for attacking reinforcements with Alexis Sanchez and Romelu Lukaku both leaving for Antonio Conte’s Inter Milan.

And Spanish journalist Fernando Burgos claims Vazquez was targeted as a replacement.

Burgos told Onda Cero’s radio show El Transistor that United, Arsenal and Bayern Munich all looked at signing the 28-year-old – but he decided to stay at the Bernabeu.

Eduardo Camavinga pursuit

Another European heavyweight has joined the growing battle to sign Rennes teenager Eduardo Camavinga.

Camavinga, who earned his first call up to France’s Under-21 squad on Monday, has started all 13 of Rennes’ domestic fixtures this season.

His list of admirers includes Barcelona, Real Madrid, Bayern Munich, Arsenal, Chelsea and Manchester United.

And according to 90min, Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City are now pursuing the £33million-rated midfielder.
