But trying to find the positives in such a difficult situation, Joe posted an inspirational quote on his Instagram this weekend.

It read: “Life is too short to be angry, life is too short to be resentful, life is too short to hold on to the past.

“Life is too short not to love, life is too short not to be happy, life is too short not to forgive.

“Life is too short not to live our lives the way we want it.”

It continued: “Love life, appreciate the people in it. Enjoy the present, seize the moment,

“Life is worth living for, so let’s LIVE!”

Wife Teresa commented on the post: “Very true” with a loved up emoji.

Joe’s post comes after this week’s episode revealed more about his deportation battle, with Teresa saying: “It seems like one bad thing after another. I feel like I’m just so numb. I feel like I can’t even believe this is happening.”

The episode was filmed back in April – and since then, Joe has continued to live in Italy, with Teresa and daughters Gia, Gabriella, Milania and Audriana visiting him.

Joe’s problems started back in October 2018, when a judge ruled Joe would have to leave the US after serving 41 months in prison for mail, wire and bankruptcy fraud.

Joe was born in Italy, but moved to the US as a small child. However, he never obtained US citizenship.
