Rapper Attacks Photographer and Steals Camera at Gunpoint During Photo Shoot

A photographer in Austin, TX was attacked and robbed at gunpoint by a 19-year-old rapper and his friends after they were reportedly unhappy with the photos that she was taking during their photo shoot.

According to local news station KXAN, the Austin PD has issued an arrest warrant for 19-year-old Jayden Cornell Green, who allegedly attacked the unnamed photographer during a photo shoot with Green and the rest of the rap group “Honcho Gang” on September 5th.

According to the warrant, the group was unhappy with the photos that were being taken and demanded that the photographer hand her camera over so they could take their own photos.

It seems that she initially complied but, fearing that she was being robbed, grabbed the lens tried to take the camera back. That’s when she claims that Green began punching her while yelling, “Let go of the f****** camera you stupid d*** b****.” When that didn’t work, he pointed a semi-automatic handgun at her and told her to let go of the camera “before I blast you.” The group left with the camera, but the photographer was able to contact the police after returning home.

Green is currently being sought on a charge of aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon.

Sadly, if these allegations are proven true, this isn’t the first time a “disagreement” during a photo shoot has led to violence. Just a few weeks ago, we reported on a photographer in Phoenix, AZ who was shot nine times by a group of teenagers after agreeing to take their photo in a public park.
