The Pussycat Dolls have announced they are getting back together and are going on tour – but without Melody Thornton.
The band will make their comeback during a performance on The X Factor: Celebrity this weekend.
The American girl group and dance ensemble, were founded in Los Angeles, California, by choreographer Robin Antin in 1995 as a burlesque troupe.
In the 00s they quickly becoming known for their chart-topping songs when they moved from a dance group to a music franchise.
They rose to fame with hit singles Don’t Cha, Stickwitu, When I Grow Up and Buttons.
Although Carmit Bachar originally split from the group in 2008 to pursue a solo career – one year before the band announced a hiatus followed by an official break-up – the singer is back with the band now for their reunion.
But it is easy to struggle with keep tracking of who was, and is, in the group – especially nearly a decade since their split.
Nicole Scherzinger
Scherzinger, now an X Factor judge, was best known for being the face and lead vocalist of the band.
After the band split in 2010 she found success as a solo artist and hit the headlines over her romance with Formula 1 champion Lewis Hamilton.
She has also voiced Sina in Disney’s Moana, and starred in the West End in Cats.

Ashley Roberts
Ashley Roberts joined The Pussycat Dolls only a few months after moving to LA, and left the group in 2010.
She then, much like her former band members, pursued a solo singing career,
The singer has since found success as a TV personality in the UK through her appearances in 2012’s I’m A Celebrity, and 2018’s Strictly Come Dancing.
The star also became a host on Ant & Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway between 2013 and 2016.

Carmit Bachar
Carmit is believed to have joined the girl band in 1995 in their early stages before they were a musical franchise, and left the group in 2008.
She briefly pursued a solo singing career, before creating duo group LadyStation with Sammy Jay.

Kimberly Wyatt
Kimberly, 37, was part of The Pussycat Dolls between 2003 and 2010.
Following the girl band’s split, Kimberly went on to become a judge on Got To Dance before forming the group Her Majesty & the Wolves with Spencer Nezey.
She now resides in the UK with husband, model Max Rogers, who she married in 2014.

Jessica Sutta
She auditioned for The Pussycat Dolls in 2003 and went on to be a member of the girl group for seven years.
In 2010, Jessica announced she was leaving the group just before they disbanded.

Melody Thornton
In 2003, soprano vocalist Thornton was recruited in the Pussycat Dolls order to add vocal strength to the group. She saw the Pussycat Dolls on MTV Diaries featuring Christina Aguilera and heard they were auditioning for a new group member
After the group disband appeared on Celebs Go Dating, Dancing On Ice and Celebrity Island with Bear Grylls after a quiet attempt at a solo singing career.
In June 2019, Thornton joined Rip It Up The Show, a 70’s musical on a theatre tour of the UK concluding in November 2019 at the London Palladium.

The group will be embarking on a tour of the UK and Ireland in April 2020 – 10 years since their split – which will kick off in Dublin.
They will then head to Cardiff, Birmingham, Glasgow, Newcastle, Manchester, Leeds before ending the tour at the O2 in London on Friday, April.
