Pussycat Dolls 2020 tour: How to get tickets for Pussycat Dolls in 2020

It has now been confirmed that the Pussycat Dolls will be heading out on tour after a 10-year hiatus. Louis Walsh, one of The X Factor judges, let the cat out of the bag and revealed they would be performing at The X Factor: Celebrity final while speaking to ITV’s Lorraine Kelly. And now, the girls have announced a nine-date tour of the UK.

Louis Walsh has revealed the band will be getting back together for The X Factor: Celebrity final, and now it has been confirmed the band will go out on tour.

He told ITV’s Lorraine Kelly: “You know who’s coming on? The Pussycat Dolls are the special guests! There’s an exclusive for you. They’re back together.”

Since then, the band have been forced to reveal their comeback tour will be taking place in April 2020, as Nicole Scherzinger and co go back out on the road.

The band was formed in 2003 and released two albums in that time, gaining the top spot on the charts twice.

Their big hits were Don’t Cha and Stickwitu, which both reached the Number One spot, but they also received acclaim for their songs I Don’t Need a Man, I Hate This Part, Buttons and Jai Ho!

However, there is one person short for this reunion – Melody Thornton – who has chosen not to join the others back on tour.

Speaking about this, Ashley Roberts told The Sun: “Mel’s got a lot of projects going on in life.

“She was included in all of this, she’s our sister, the door is always open, but it just wasn’t the right timing for her right now. We wish her well.”

The band appeared on Heart FM’s Breakfast Show with Jamie Theakston and Amanda Holden and gave their first interview since reforming.

Speaking to Theakston and Holden about the reunion, Roberts said: “Guys it’s been 10 years really since we’ve been all sitting in a room like this together. It’s giving me butterflies.

“I think it’s just the timing. Like she [Nicole Scherzinger] said, the stars aligned, you know there’s been unfinished business.

“It’s been 10 years since we’ve all gotten back together and we just all were ready to do it.”
