PS4 surprise UPDATE: Download this FREE PlayStation game bonus today

PS4 console owners who enjoy trying out the latest game experiences from the PlayStation Store have a couple of new options to choose from this weekend.

New rewards are available to download right now and include the promise of more free-to-play titles coming to the platform later in 2019.

One of these new PS4 bonuses is the Attack on Titan 2 demo, which was added to the online store just a few days ago.

The A.O.T. 2 Demo has already secured a solid rating on the PlayStation Store following its short time of being available.

“Experience the immense story of the anime alongside Eren and his companions, as they fight to save humanity from the threat of the deadly human devouring Titans,” the full game description reads.

“Try your hand in operating the omnidirectional mobility gear, manoeuvring and flying through the sky to counter the Titans, and feel the thrill and satisfaction of battling giant opponents.”

AOT sequel features more playable characters to control, as well as new multiplayer modes, which require an active PS Plus account.

The Attack on Titan 2 demo can be downloaded for no extra charge and weighs in at just under 5GB.

This should make it a comfortable fit for any PS4 hard drive and doesn’t look to be a timed exclusive that has to be downloaded now.

From the official PlayStation Store page, it’s confirmed that the trial version includes the ODM action from the base game.

However, online gameplay appears to be removed from the demo version and fans will be able to receive rewards for ‘A.O.T. 2: Final Battle’.

More demos are expected to be released on the PlayStation Store over the coming weeks and already boasts a wide range of free titles to enjoy.

For those wanting a full free game, World of Warships Legends was recently released on the PS4.

It should be noted that there are several versions of the game, some which cost money, although the official founder packs are not required to access the full game.

This means you just need to need to find the free download on the PlayStation Store to join in on the Naval combat.

And if you have a PS Plus subscription, you will also soon be able to download and play What Remains of Edith Finch and Overcooked.

These will be going live on May 7 and will be available throughout the month until early June 2019. Fans have also found out that another free-to-play launch is being planned for the PS4 later this year.

It has been announced that Caravan Stores, recently released in Japan, is set to be launched in the West as well. From a recent post on the game’s official site, Caravan Stories is going to be arriving sometime in July, with more details coming soon.

Those interested in checking out can look forward to a blend of MMORPG and turn-based RPG elements, which will be available to download for free.

“In addition to the main story explored by the player’s avatar, the unique stories possessed by each of the over 100 heroes will be connected like puzzle pieces to unleash the mystery of the world,” the official Caravan Stories announcement explains.

“There are many beings living in the fantastic world of Iyarr — those who fly, those who walk, those who leap, and those who prowl. Form bonds with the many creatures living in this land from the back of your magical fortress, the Caravan.”

In-game purchases support the game, which also boasts PvP and PvE gameplay mechanics.
