PS Plus January 2020: Grab incredible PlayStation Plus deal before Titanfall 2 goes away

PS Plus memberships are going cheap as part of the latest PlayStation sale… but you’d better hurry, because the deal won’t be around for long. Indeed, from now until 10am UK time on January 13, PS4 owners can take advantage of an amazing PlayStation Plus deal. And best of all, it’s open to existing members and non-members alike.

For just £37.49, PS4 owners can grab a 12 month PlayStation Plus subscription from the PSN store.

With annual subscriptions typically costing a whopping £49.99 a year, that’s a saving of 25%.

And because this is part of an official Sony sale, other retailers have slashed the prices of PS Plus subscriptions online.

This includes UK retailer GAME, where PS Plus gift cards cost £37.49, as well as Amazon, where PS Plus download codes also cost £37.49.

If you take advantage of the deal now, you’ll be able to download the December 2019 free PS4 games, as well as the January 2020 games launching on Tuesday, January 7.

One of the biggest reasons to subscribe to PS Plus is the ability to play PS4 games online with other players.

PlayStation Plus subscribers also receive 100GB of cloud storage for PS4 game saves, as well as exclusive discounts in various sales.

PS Plus members also receive countless bonus freebies, such as the Apex Legends pack containing new skins and banners.

But arguably best of all are the monthly selection of free PS4 games available to PlayStation Plus subscribers.

Until January 7, PS Plus members can download the excellent Titanfall 2, as well as niche racing game Monster Energy Supercross.

The current crop of free PS4 games will soon be replaced by Uncharted The Nathan Drake Collection and cult hit Goat Simulator.

The pick of the two is the Uncharted Collection, which features single-player campaigns for Drake’s Fortune, Among Thieves and Drake’s Deception.

“From the groundbreaking storytellers at Naughty Dog, comes the genre-defining epic that revolutionised adventure storytelling, rebuilt by Bluepoint Games with the power of the PS4 system.

“Follow the perilous journey of Nathan Drake across the globe, from humble beginnings to extraordinary discoveries. Meet an unforgettable cast of characters as Drake puts life and friendship on the line in a race against ruthless enemies to uncover unimaginable treasure.”
