Property firm recruits surveyor from rival



Shepherd Chartered Surveyors has recruited Liam Loudon from rival Graham + Sibbald to join its Ayrshire operation as an associate.

Loudon, a graduate of both Strathclyde University and Aberdeen University, began his surveying career at Cushman & Wakefield before joining to Axcess Financial Europe as estates surveyor then Graham + Sibbald , where he covered the west of Scotland.

 

He has experience across areas including working with landlords, real estate appraisal, lease administration, valuation and property management.

Shepherd has offices in Ayr and Kilmarnock.

 

Shepherd managing partner Graeme Stewart said Loudon “brings with him a wealth of knowledge and expertise”.

“This appointment strengthens our team of experts operating throughout Ayrshire and enhances our ability to service the evolving commercial property requirements of the dynamic local economy.”
