Premier League fixtures 2019/20: TV dates confirmed for August and September ahead of new season



The Premier League has released the first set of televised fixtures for the 2019/2020 season.

Liverpool will open the new season on Friday 9 August live on Sky Sports when they take on Championship winners Norwich City at Anfield.

Manchester United take on Chelsea on Sky Sports Super Sunday in the highlight fixture of the opening weekend. Manchester City begin their title defence on BT Sport when the travel to East London to take on West Ham.

The TV rights for this season are still split between Sky Sports and BT Sport, with 33 games broadcast between the pair over the opening two months of the new campaign.
