She’s preparing to welcome her first child into the world in just a few months’ time when she gives birth to a baby girl in May.

And pregnant Millie Mackintosh showed off her bump as she got to work on a ‘secret project’ with Rosie-Huntington-Whiteley’s trainer, Simone De La Rue, on Tuesday.

The former Made In Chelsea star, 30, slipped into a sporty cream crop top and matching leggings as she cradled her tummy while filming a workout with the fitness expert at her Body By Simone studio in north London.

The TV personality kept comfortable in grey trainers and wore her brunette locks tied back in a low ponytail as she was put through her paces during a prenatal gym session.

Alongside a short GIF, Simone – a former dancer turned Hollywood fitness expert – wrote in on Instagram: ‘#bts on an exciting new project coming soon. Such a great day with @milliemackintosh @bbsstudio #prenatalworkout #prenatalfitness.’

Millie later changed into a black crop top and leggings as the pair worked through a series of low-impact moves.

In spite of her hard day of work, the mother-to-be told her social media followers on Wednesday morning her baby had kept her awake since 3am ‘in preparation’ for when she arrives.

Millie has kept up her exercise regime since announcing her pregnancy in November, despite admitting to having a new penchant for ‘beige foods’.

The former fashion designer recently discussed her ‘dwindling’ self confidence as she adapts to the changes her body is undergoing during pregnancy.

Writing on Instagram last week, Millie said: ‘As my bump gets bigger I am in total awe of what my body is capable of. It’s a wonderful feeling to know that you’re sharing your space with such precious cargo.

‘However that doesn’t mean that I haven’t had days/weeks where I felt my self confidence slowly dwindling! I particularly found the transitioning weeks from 1st trimester into the second most difficult.

‘I was unsure of my body and its new found shape. It’s like being an awkward teenager again, figuring out what styles suit your ever evolving silhouette.’

She continued: ‘To say I have loved every second of watching my body expand wouldn’t be honest, it has been a real transition and at times scary as I haven’t felt like me.

‘But today was a good day! I put on a cute dress (stretchy knit of course) and headed out the door for meetings with confidence and pride of my bump! Tomorrow who knows……. taking each day as it comes!’

The reality star detailed her battle with ‘severe anxiety, vomiting and mood swings’ in an emotional social media post about her ‘rollercoaster’ pregnancy journey to date.

Writing on her Instagram page last month, she said: ‘My pregnancy journey so far… I’m not going to lie it’s been a bit of an emotional rollercoaster.

‘Bursting into tears for no apparent reason has become a weekly occurrence (sorry Hugo!) coupled with nausea, vomiting (not just in the morning – the evening sickness was worse for me)…

‘Heartburn, breakouts, headaches, mood swings, bloating, insomnia, seriously sensitive boobs, tiredness, cravings, sciatica and a constant metallic taste in my mouth which makes everything taste disgusting!’

Millie told her followers she was finding it difficult to keep her mental health in check amid fears surrounding the birth of her baby girl and how she will ‘cope’ when the little one arrives.

She added: ‘Trying to keep on top of my mental health is proving a little trickier than usual.

‘I’m still practicing mindfulness and daily meditation (as I normally would) but have had moments of severe anxiety on multiple occasions.

‘I have found over the last few months that I have unexplainable (sic) fear which constantly switches from ‘something is wrong with the baby’ to ‘how I will cope when the baby arrives?’ and don’t get me started on the BIRTH!

‘I’m sure all new mums go through this and I am no different but would be great to hear from any of you who have been through similar things or have any suggestions on how to lessen these worries.’

Millie and Hugo tied the knot in June 2018 at his uncle’s country estate, Whithurst Park in West Sussex, one year after he proposed during a holiday to the Greek island of Mykonos.

The couple briefly dated during their Made In Chelsea days back in 2011 and reunited in May 2016 shortly after Millie’s split from her first husband, rapper Professor Green, 36.

Millie was married to the musician, real name Stephen Manderson, for two-and-a-half years before they announced their split in February 2016.
