Power season 6: Ghost still isn't dead as he and Tommy hatch plan? Here's how


The final ever series of Power is just two episodes away from ending on Starz and the latest instalment has certainly left fans keen for more. As episode 13, titled It’s All Your Fault, drew to a close fans discovered it wasn’t Tommy Egan (played by Joseph Sikora) who pulled the trigger and shot his ‘brother’ James ’Ghost’ St Patrick (Omari Hardwick) in a truly heartbreaking scene. However, a clue spotted in Tommy and Ghost’s final few moments together has left a number of fans thinking this may not be the farewell it was made out to be.

Following the latest episode of Power, the list of suspects for Ghost’s murder ticked another character off in the form of Tommy.

Since the midseason premiere, fans have discovered it wasn’t Paz (Elizabeth Rodriguez), Dre (Rotimi) or Tommy to pull the trigger.

This leaves the current list of suspects standing as Tasha (Naturi Naughton), Tariq (Michael Rainey Jr), Cooper Saxe (Shane Johnson) and Rashad Tate (Larenz Tate).

While one of the remaining suspects could face time behind bars for his murder, could it have all been a plan between Tommy and Ghost all along?

The theory has gained plenty of backing online after some eagle-eyed fans were left baffled by Tommy and Ghost’s final moments together.

In episode 13, Tommy headed to Truth to save his ‘brother’ from Dre as he knew he would Ghost would be in his firing line.

However, upon his arrival at Truth, Dre had already fled the scene and was driving away after hearing the gunshot which hit Ghost.

Tommy entered Truth to find a motionless Ghost on the ground suffering just seconds after being shot and rushed to his aide.

An emotional Tommy comforted Ghost but it quickly became clear they weren’t alone in Truth.

After seeing his best friend shot on the ground and the mystery shooter, presumably, in the same room, Tommy raised his gun.

However, Ghost pleaded with Tommy to “let it go” in his final moments, prompting Tommy to lower his weapon.

Tommy held onto Ghost’s hand and he died in he is best pal’s arms before Tommy decided it was probably smartest to flee Truth and not be implicated.
