GOOD Morning Britain’s Susanna Reid returned to work without Piers Morgan today as fans admitted they were worried about his whereabouts.
Piers, 54, is taking an extended break from the ITV morning show and will be back behind his desk alongside Susanna after three weeks off, around November 11.

But viewers were unaware and some even insisted they’d got out of bed early to catch mouthy Morgan back on screens.
Tweets poured in from grumpy viewers as one said: “@piersmorgan Up nice and early for #gmb and piers and richard still lying on a beach somewhere.#gutted”
One more said: “wheres old piers and charlotte then #GMB gm still not very well :(“
Another fan moaned: “@piersmorgan FFS, Piers! It’s Monday 06:00 and I just turned on @GMB expectantly…. where are you??
“How much vacation time does one man need?! I refuse to watch the show until you’re back.”

Breakfast TV presenter Piers told fans he’s taking a step back from presenting duties in order to “lie under a palm tree”, probably in his £4.2million Hollywood mansion.
He took to Twitter to announce he’d be taking a break from the show following calls that he should be fired from the ITV breakfast show.
It comes after viewers were left infuriated after he launched an on-air rant about gender in September 2019.
As the argument rages on, Piers responded to a tweet claiming he was “taken off air”, saying he has taken himself off – to go on holiday.

The former newspaper editor said: “When you say ‘taken off air’, I think you mean ‘has taken himself off air to go lie under a palm tree in Beverly Hills’.”
Some fans thought he was taking a break because of the gender row.
However this is highly unlikely – this break was probably in the diary for months.
The star often goes on holiday to Los Angeles and also never works on Thursdays and Fridays.
However, there actually is a Change.org petition, which currently has 23,000 signatures, demanding he be fired for his “dangerous and dehumanising” views towards transgender people.
Good Morning Britain responded by launching a poll, asking followers whether he should be fired.
Almost half a million people voted, with 60 per cent of the 482,270 fans opting to get rid of him.
But Piers joked the poll results actually helped his career by bagging him a pay rise.
