Piers Morgan 'is a deluded pillock who doesn't give a s*** about NHS'

Piers Morgan has been slammed by old foe Lord Sugar who said that he doesn’t really ‘give a s***’ about the NHS.

The 55-year-old Good Morning Britain presenter had hailed a victory in getting the Government to change their minds about charging migrant NHS workers to use the service.

The outspoken GMB host also claimed that he helped spearhead the call for fund-raising centenarian Captain Tom Moore to be knighted by the Queen.

This was enough to enrage Lord Sugar, who has has a long-standing battle with Piers on Twitter.

While they have swapped banter in the past, it seems that Lord Sugar was not looking for some playful to and fro as he hit our at Piers’ claims before hitting with a damning verdict in a controversially worded tweet.

It started with Sugar retweeting Piers claim about his influence on ITV breakfast show, Good Morning Britain.

Piers had written: “We campaigned on @GMB for PM to scrap migrant NHS surcharge. He did. We’ll keep doing our jobs, no amount of complaints to @Ofcom will stop us ……”

Lord Sugar added to this: “YOU DELUDED PILLOCK TAKING CREDIT FOR THIS AND CAPTAIN TOM’S KNIGHTHOOD. WHO THE BLOODY HELL DO YOU THINK YOU ARE?”

This got quite a response but when one Twitter user hit back at The Apprentice head honcho, he upped the ante even more.

The Twitter user replied: “Fighting for justice unlike you.”

This was like a red rag to a bull and Lord Sugar raged on the social media site, making comparisons to one of the most reviled people in the history of the world before claiming that Piers “doesn’t give a s***” about the subjects he speaks about.

Sugar hit back with: “You are fooled. Can I remind you how Hitler convinced a nation with his rantings. You have to know the man. I do and you don’t.
