Fleabag star Phoebe Waller-Bridge just went and scooped the British artist of the year award at the prestigious Bafta Britannia Awards in Los Angeles.
The 34-year-old took to the stage at the Beverly Hilton hotel, where she reflected on the past 12 months of her career.
They sure have been incredible, seeing the screenwriter win copious amounts of awards for her drama Killing Eve and three Emmys for Fleabag.
Addressing the crowd of famous faces during the evening, the acclaimed actress gushed: ‘This has been the most extraordinary year of my life.’
And we don’t doubt it.
It was announced she would be collecting the award in Augst this year, where Bafta Los Angeles chief Chantal Rickards praised the winner at the time.
They said: ‘Phoebe’s sensational work in both comedy and drama has captured the attention of audiences globally.
‘Her ability to effortlessly connect with the viewer, seamlessly break the fourth wall, and effectively address deeply relevant issues through comedy is truly remarkable.
‘We are honoured to be recognising such a phenomenal British talent, and someone who continues to break down barriers and promote the power of the female voice.
Phoebe arrived at the lavish ceremony dressed in a stunning black jumpsuit, which she had matched with pointed black heels and silver earrings.
Taking to the red carpet ahead of the show, the star posed up a storm as she was joined by the likes of Taron Egerton and Donald Glover.
The Rocketman actor looked suave in a black suit, as he worked the cameras alongside his co-star Jamie Bell.
He was nominated for the rising star award, and joined director Dexter Fletcher – who was supported by his wife Dalia Ibelhauptaite.
Donald Glover was also on the red carpet and was there to present Solo: A Star Wars Story co-star Phoebe with her accolade.
Comedian Steve Coogan was also honoured at the show where he collected the Charlie Chaplin Britannia award for excellence in comedy.
Chatting to PA, he said: ‘Just because you’re in comedy doesn’t mean you don’t have responsibility.
‘I never punch down. I don’t pick on weak people. If I satirise or attack anyone it’s the powerful, people in positions of power, call them to account.
‘Are you coming from a good place in your heart, or are you coming from a mean place?
‘That’s all that matters.’
