Phil Collins has reportedly split from his ex-wife Orianne Cevey for a second time amid reports that she has remarried again.

The Genesis rocker was first married to Orianne for six years after tying the knot in 1999. However the couple split in 2006 and Phil is widely reported to have paid a $46 million (£35 million) settlement in their divorce two years later.

Then in 2015, the couple surprised the world by announcing they had reconciled following her divorce from Christopher Mejjati.

However, it seems the romance didn’t last a second time round as Phil is said to have ended the relationship again.

According to TMZ, Orianne secretly married in August although the identity of her reported new husband has not been confirmed.

Insiders claim Phil has asked Orianne to vacate the Florida property which he owns and where she is said to be staying. It’s alleged that the British rocker plans on serving an eviction notice if Orianne has not left the house.

Responding to the reports, Orianne’s lawyer, Frank Maister told The Sun: ‘We will deal with Mr Collins in the courthouse, not the gossip column.’

In The Air Tonight singer Phil shares two children with Orianne – sons Nic, 19, and Matthew, 15.

He is also father to actress daughter Lily Collins, 31, Joely Collins, 48, and musician Simon, 44, from previous relationships.

Phil opened up about his renewed relationship with Orianne in 2016 and told People: ‘But obviously when you have children, there’s two ways you can go. You can go the nasty way or you can go the nice way, and we always went the nice way … and we realised we missed each other.

‘We are still enjoying living in a house together and changing light bulbs.’

Orianne added: ‘We are back together, we are very happy and time will tell as far as the future – who knows?’
