Comedian Peter Kay is returning to the stage as ‘DJ PK’ for a series of six charity dance-a-thons across the UK, having cancelled his last tour two years ago.

The events will see audience members on the dance floor with Peter on the decks.

The much-loved Bolton-born star previously hosted 14 of the three-hour specials before taking time out of show-business.

The comic said: ‘I’ve honestly never had so much fun as I had working on Dance For Life.

‘The atmosphere was so happy and positive. It really is a great way to raise money for the worthiest of causes.

‘All people have to do is turn up and dance.’

Kay was previously booked for a 26-date arena tour, but had to cancel in December 2017 due to ‘unforeseen family circumstances.’
