Peter Andre admitted he is in the ‘dog house’ with his wife Emily MacDonagh after making a joke about her sleeping with his body double.

The Mysterious Girl star, 47, was on the set of a TV advert for his family YouTube reality show Life With The Andres when he introduced his followers to his body double.

Peter filmed the clip with his double, saying: ‘So I am on set here for a TV commercial today and the awesome Nabil here is my double.

‘I’ve never had a double, I’m loving having a double. Do you think you could cook the kids’ dinner tonight?”

Nabil replied: ‘It would be my pleasure Peter, I can do something nice for them’, to which Pete added: ‘Obviously I’ll go to bed with Emily but you could… you could just feed the kids…’

The double joked back: ‘OK. I won’t go to bed with Emily’, to which Pete quipped: ‘Thank you. I mean she hasn’t seen you yet. Things might change. Ooh!’

Pete wrote in the caption: ‘I’m so in the dog house again. Sorry Ems, shooting a tv ad today for ITV :)))’.

Given that Emily’s been married to Pete for five years, we’re sure she’s used to his sometimes questionable sense of humour by now.

The couple daughter Amelia, six, and son Theo, three, and Pete also has son Junior, 15, and daughter Princess, 13, with ex-wife Katie Price.

Pete shared another clip from the set of the commercial, which saw Junior and Princess wearing Santa hats as they cringed at his old photoshoots.

Looking at the framed photos of their dad on the walls of the set, Princess could be heard saying: ‘Ewwww, is that actually you?!’, to a photo of Pete cuddling a koala.

Junior also recreated one of Pete’s old album promo shots with his hands held in the air and the likeness is uncanny.
