PETER Andre accidentally wished his wife Emily MacDonagh a happy anniversary on Valentine’s Day in a romantic gaffe.
The Mysterious Girl singer, 46, might be in the doghouse after mixing up the two special dates.
While most partners are opening up gifts for the most romantic day of the year, he mixed it up for his anniversary – which is in July.
He posted the card on Instagram, which read: “Dear Emily, Happy Anniversary, love Pete xxxx xxx”
The singer captioned the photo: “Only I could get it wrong on Valentine’s Day. Haven’t seen her since #findemily #thoughtthatcounts #howdidthefloristnotnotice #couldbeworse #illsendheravalentinescardonouractualanniversay #onlyme”
Peter married Emily in July 2015 and they share two kids together: Amelia, six, and Theodore, three.
However, he’s already admitted he isn’t a big fan of the holiday – and that he doesn’t expect anything from Emily.
Speaking in his new! magazine column, the star said: “It’s Valentine’s this week but Emily’s working and I might be away. It’s not something we’re big on, but I’ll grab her flowers and a card.
“I never want anything from her. For me, it’s about gifting my partner something. I know, I’m a softie, or as Junior says, wet.”
The dad-of-four went on to warn potential admirers of his 12-year-old daughter Princess.
Pete later joked: “And a message to my daughters. Any cards from boys will have to go through me first! LOL.”
The couple met through her father, who is a doctor like Emily.
Peter had been due to appear at the Plymouth Pavilions when he was rushed to hospital in excruciating pain.
He had kidney stones and was treated by Emily’s father.
Pete became close to the consultant urologist, and when he returned to perform at the Plymouth venue, he was introduced to Emily.
They stayed friends for awhile before Peter finally asked Emily’s father permission to date Emily.
