Pete Wicks and Chloe Sims 'in explosive argument that's disrupting TOWIE'

Mystery surrounds the upcoming new series of The Only Way Is Essex and an explosive feud between Pete Wicks and Chloe Sims.

The star couple – who just last month looked friendly during a night out together – are said to have undergone an epic fall out and are refusing to film scenes together.

According to sources, the spat between 31-year-old Pete and 38-year-old Chloe is creating all kinds of drama on and off camera on the long running ITVBe reality show.

And other TOWIE cast members may end up dragged in to the argument as mutual friends Olivia Attwood, James Lock, and Chloe’s sister Demi have been desperately trying to make the former friends reach a truce.

Pete Wicks and Chloe Sims are said to have fallen out ahead of the new series of TOWIE

A source told The Sun on Sunday: “Chloe told him he wasn’t a good friend to her and she never wanted to speak to him again.”

The source teased that the source of the mystery has got other TOWIE stars talking.

They claimed: “Bafflingly, [Pete and Chloe have] also refused to tell friends what the argument was over. It’s become a real mystery.”

A source close to the couple did tell the Mirror Online that the pair would be seen filming together in the upcoming series.

Less than one month ago, Chloe and Pete were all smiles as they enjoyed a night out in London’s Mayfair together.

The pair had looked in good spirits when out in London together last month – but have since fallen out

The duo set tongues wagging when they enjoyed a post-lockdown night out which climaxed with them heading off in a taxi together.

The sighting fuelled fan hopes that the pair could be embarking on a romance with one fan commenting online at the time: “Just get together already! Sometimes the best love story starts as best friends.”

No doubt the continued ups and downs of this friendship will play out on The Only Way Is Essex which is due to commence it’s 26th season next Sunday at 9pm on ITVBe.
