Penny Lancaster joined her girl gang when heading out in London to watch America’s Got Talent star Glennis Grace.

The 48-year-old hit up Quaglino’s, who were kicking off their Q Icons 2019 Summer Music Series.

Wearing a fishnet dress the star looked incredible as she posed for pictures with her pals on the venue’s iconic staircase.

And it seems she had the best of times, as she shared a snap from the evening on her Instagram.

Writing in the caption, the model said: ‘Brilliant night out with the girls @quaglinos launch of Q-Cons bar with Glennis Grace.’

Glennis put on a showstopping performance, as she belted out a number of classic hits from the likes of Aretha Franklin.

But it was Whitney Houston’s So Emotional that got the crowd out of their seats and dancing along to the tune.

Sharing a snippet from the show on their official Quaglino’s Instagram, the club praised the rising star and her band.

They wrote: ‘Wow! Just WOW! One of the most exuberant nights at Q yet! We could not of wished for a better way to kick off our Q Icons 2019 Summer Music Series.

‘A big thank you to all of our guests making it a night to certainly remember! @glennisgrace and the band for an absolute spectacular performance.

‘Also, we take our hats off to the whole team at Quaglinos for orchestrating and delivering such a wonderful evening.’

The 41-year-old appeared on America’s Got Talent where she wowed Simon Cowell with her vocals.

However, after the father-of-one suggested that she had a future in musicals, Glennis politely told the music mogul that she’d prefer not to go down that route.

Chatting to Metro.co.uk, the contestant explained why she’s decided to stick to the plan she wants for her career.

‘I love musicals, don’t get me wrong,’ the vocalist told us: ‘But that’s not what I want to do with my career.’

She added: ‘It’s an honour to get asked but I just want to tour around with my own show, not to be a part of another show.

‘In the past, in Holland, I had to do some things I didn’t want to do,’ she explained.

‘So after AGT I had to make a stand. People know what I can do and I just have to choose my direction now.

‘Thankfully I am able to do that. People like it and so I will continue to do my thing.’
