Paula Williamson died aged 38 this morning, Staffordshire Police confirmed to Express.co.uk. Now, Charles Bronson has reportedly spoken out about her death. According to The Mirror, the convicted criminal opened up to his former best man Rod Harrison from behind bars at HMP Woodhill in Milton Keynes, where he is currently incarcerated. Harrison told the publication Bronson is “upset and in shock” following the news of his estranged wife’s death.

Williamson and Bronson got engaged in February 2017 after she visited him in prison on several occasions.
They were married in the prison chapel later that year.
However, after less than one year of marriage, the convict wrote to his then wife telling her he wanted a divorce after pictures of a man burying his face in her cleavage on holiday made headlines.
The former couple split last summer.
Earlier today, police confirmed Williamson had been found dead at a home in Stoke-on-Trent around 7am this morning.
A statement said: “A post mortem will take place to establish the cause of death but the death is not being treated as suspicious.
“A report is now being prepared for the Coroners.”
The actress’ cause of death has not yet been confirmed.
The police also confirmed the next of kin had been informed, saying: “The family have asked for their right to privacy to allow them to grieve at this difficult time.”
