Paul Pogba's agent 'has plan' to force transfer from Man Utd

Paul Pogba’s agent has a plan to force his exit from Manchester United to Real Madrid , according to reports from Spain.

Pogba could return for United’s Carabao Cup clash against Rochdale at Old Trafford on Wednesday night and looks likely to face Arsenal next Monday – although it remains to be seen how long he stays with the Red Devils.

The midfielder made no secret of his desire to leave United this summer and was strongly linked with Real Madrid after describing a potential switch to the Spanish giants as a “dream” move.

Juventus were also believed to be interested, but United stood firm over their £180million valuation of the World Cup-winning France star, with manager Solskjaer viewing the 26-year-old as a central to his plans for this season.

However, Pogba’s contract with United – who he rejoined from Juventus in a then world-record £89million move in 2016 – expires in the summer of 2021.

And that means Solskjaer’s side will face a dilemma at the end of this season over whether to cash on in Pogba, or risk losing him for nothing the following year.

Armed with that knowledge, Pogba’s agent Mino Raiola plans to use any contract negotiations to demand his client’s salary is upped to £600,000 a week, according to Spanish publication Diario Madrista .

The report claims Raiola will use this tactic to force United into wanting to get Pogba off their books and selling the player before he can leave for free.
